Job Title: Senior Strategic Director

We are seeking a visionary and transformational leader to join our IT services organization as Delivery Head in the Digital Business Unit.

About the Role:

  • Job Summary: Drive innovation, lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and align technology strategies with business goals.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the management of a digital portfolio of customers from a delivery and operations perspective;
  2. Empowerment of delivery managers, program, and project Managers, and ensure Account/Program/Project risks and issues are addressed effectively;
  3. Monitoring of projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction;
  4. Ownership of the growth of the portfolio and responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions;
  5. Should have 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role; experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results while driving business outcomes.

  • At least 18 years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role;
