**Job Title:** Senior Director of Financial Strategy

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Director of Financial Strategy to lead our financial function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgeting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting to identify areas of improvement and optimize business performance.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and lenders to secure funding and optimize cash flow.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance roles
  • Strong background in VC fundraising, due diligence, and modeling
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or venture-backed startups
