The Account Director leads our team in crafting and executing strategic communication solutions for our clients.

This key leadership role requires a deep understanding of integrated communications, stakeholder management, and business development.

As a senior point of contact, the Account Director will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and client CXOs to bring communication strategies to life across traditional and digital platforms.

  1. Maintain and grow client relationships at operational and leadership levels through regular advocacy and crisis management.
  2. Translate overall strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Develop award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for our clients.
  4. Build relationship with senior journalists and influencers across the country.
  5. Oversee national media universe for all clients.
  6. Guide Account Managers in tracking news trends and pitching stories to secure media coverage.
  7. Drive new business opportunities through client pitches focused on social and digital strategy.
  8. Directs Account Manager in client retention, Client Satisfaction Score & servicing cost management.
  9. Coaches and develops a team of highly engaged individuals.
  10. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Experience
  1. Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/PR/Journalism from a reputed institute or MBA in Marketing.
  2. 10 - 13 Years' experience in a PR Agency.
