Job Title: Strategic Communications Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Foster meaningful connections with diverse stakeholders through targeted messaging and engaging content.
  • Manage Corporate Messaging: Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across all platforms.
  • Lead Employee Engagement Activities: Drive engagement through strategic initiatives, event communications, and digital storytelling efforts.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Amplify key initiatives with marketing, HR, talent, and leadership teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Monitor Brand Perception: Analyze communication effectiveness and optimize strategies based on insights to maintain a strong brand image.
  • Oversee Visual and Written Brand Guidelines: Ensure adherence to brand standards across all platforms.

Eligibility:

  • Experience Required: 3-5 years in branding, communications, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Degree Preferred: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills Needed: Strong ability to craft compelling stories, manage multiple communication channels, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Additional Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
