We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead talent development initiatives at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth, while fostering a positive work culture. Key responsibilities include recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, building strategic partnerships with business leaders, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across multiple states and regions.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries, conduct investigations, and resolve concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs, workforce planning activities, and develop targeted solutions.
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain an employee performance review process, assist with succession planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement employee training programs, focusing on skills development and knowledge sharing.
  • Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration, maintaining up-to-date records and adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Rewards and Recognition: Partner with managers to design and implement employee rewards and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR management experience in a software or technology company.
  • Proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple states and regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite tools.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
