Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ellix HR Consulting. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions and processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. We offer a competitive salary range of Rs. 15,00,000 - Rs. 20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Process: Responsible for the entire recruitment process for the unit, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues and address employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.

You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain accurate HR records, and assist in organizing and conducting HR training programs and workshops.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Core HR, preferably in the automotive, retail, or service sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, recruitment, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
