Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources Strategy to join our team. As a strategic partner to our leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR policies and strategies to drive business success.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 15-20 years of HR management experience. You will possess comprehensive knowledge of Indian employment laws and compliance regulations, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and proven leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team on human resource matters, providing strategic guidance on people management aspects.
- HR Policy Development: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with our vision and goals.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure we comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations in India.
- Employee Engagement: Develop programs to boost employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Talent Acquisition: Design and execute efficient recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR admins and recruiters, providing guidance and support.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) for the HR department.
- Employee Development: Provide continuous opportunities for training and professional enhancement.
- Conflict Management: Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, LLB, IR/Personnel Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15-20 years of HR management experience.
Required Skillsets:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian employment laws and compliance regulations.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
Salary: ₹50,00,000 - ₹75,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. This compensation package reflects the complexity of the role and the expected outcomes.
