About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and monitor our Azure cloud environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions to meet business needs.
  • Managing, monitoring, and resolving issues in the Azure cloud environment.
  • Performing routine checks and maintaining the system to ensure security and integrity of data.
  • Ongoing optimisation of cloud resources to deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Providing technical support and training to users to increase system performance and value.
  • Collaboration with teams to integrate cloud services with existing systems.
  • Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans and data backups.
  • Creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for cloud processes and services.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology.

Requirements:

  • Expertise: Expert-level experience with version control systems (such as Git, Azure DevOps), deep understanding of Azure core services, including Compute, Storage, Network, and Security.
  • Skills: Vast understanding of additional technologies including DNS, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory.
