Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing Azure IaaS solutions.

The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining azure infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability and security. They will also implement and manage Azure governance solutions, including role-based access control (RBAC) and resource policies.

In addition, the Cloud Engineer will perform regular health checks and security assessments of Azure environments, identifying and addressing potential issues. They will collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet their infrastructure needs, providing guidance on best practices for using Azure services.

The Cloud Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and services. They will automate repetitive tasks using tools like PowerShell or Azure CLI.

The Cloud Engineer will deploy and configure Azure IaaS and PaaS services including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts and Azure SQL databases.

Requirements
  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Azure Administrator Associate certification.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions in Azure.
  • Proficiency in Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
  • Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and other monitoring tools.
