Job Title: Microsoft Partner Center Administrator

As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for managing co-sell opportunities in Partner Center for Azure and related solutions. This includes registering and managing these opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to validate and align them, tracking pipeline progression, close-won reporting, and ensuring they are linked to Azure consumption and incentive eligibility.

You will also manage CyberTech's Microsoft Enterprise Agreement effectively, ensure the company remains compliant with Microsoft partner program requirements (competencies, certifications, incentives), and monitor Azure consumption revenue (ACR), active usage, and related KPIs.

Furthermore, you will provide reporting and insights to leadership on Azure sales performance, manage enrollment in Microsoft incentive programs, and ensure timely claims submission. Additionally, you will develop dashboards and reports for leadership on co-sell wins, Azure KPIs, and incentive performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field, 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Partner programs, sales operations, or alliance management, strong knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center, co-sell motions, and Azure sales lifecycle, excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
