Lead Incentive Compensation Solutions

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate directly with client stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and drive business growth through high-impact incentive compensation solutions.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading discovery sessions to define business and technical requirements, configuring Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs, managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, executing data mapping, transformation, and integration processes, creating and running test cases, providing post-go-live support, guiding and mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to internal training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business and technical requirements through discovery sessions.
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Create and run test cases.
  • Provide post-go-live support.
  • Mentor junior consultants.
  • Contribute to internal training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
