Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and prioritizing work, leading small implementation projects, and managing workload for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex configuration for clients and lead data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Lead and involve in data conversion activities pertaining to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • Coordinate with leads for project delivery and communicate effectively with mid and senior level management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent technical & functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach around it.
  • Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday & overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
Education Requirements:
  • B.E /B.Tech /MCA /BSc.
