  • Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:
  1. Advanced Workday Core HCM and Payroll certification.

  5. Expertise in payroll input and audit, off-cycle and on-cycle payments.
  6. Functional experience in multiple HR processes like Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Benefits.
  7. Performing HRIS operational duties for Workday HCM and Payroll.
  8. Ability to collaborate with clients and drive design sessions for various HCM/Payroll areas and hands-on experience in business process configuration and building validation/condition rules.
  9. Understanding of HR programs and policies along with a commitment to HR principles of confidentiality is required. Data analysis and report-building skills are also essential.
  10. Hands-on experience in creating and troubleshooting EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  11. Ability to assist customers in resolving functional issues that require in-depth expertise in Workday solutions.
  12. In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks, calculated fields, custom reports such as Advanced/Matrix/Composite, and setting up notifications.
  13. In-depth knowledge of various data sources available and how to utilize them effectively.
  14. Analysing Workday release updates to understand the impacts of feature changes relative to client existing configurations.
  15. Ability to maintain the highest regulatory and compliance standards in handling employee records.
  16. Ensuring effective engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams (HRIS & Digital, P&C, People Analytics).
