Workday HRIS Administrator Role

The Workday HRIS Administration role requires a skilled professional to maintain and optimize the Workday environment, ensuring seamless alignment with business processes.

  • As a Workday specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and supporting our Workday system, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues, implementing configuration changes, developing reports, and supporting testing and deployment activities.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration updates or reporting solutions, providing day-to-day support for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to engage directly with business teams to deliver solutions, collaborating on key projects and initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields to meet business and compliance needs, conduct configuration testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), support UAT, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
  • Assist in ongoing system maintenance, including configuration updates, security, and data governance practices, document configuration changes, create user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules, proficiency in Workday report writing, including calculated fields.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently, hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment in Workday.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and how they are configured within Workday, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
