Job Title: Senior HR Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in HR Operations and Accounting Management. This role combines back-end human resources functions with accounting support, requiring an individual who can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee attendance records for accuracy and maintain up-to-date timesheets.
- Process payroll, including statutory deductions, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain leave management systems, handle employee queries on payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
- Support HR activities like onboarding documentation, employee records, and audits.
- Drive the offer rollout process by drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.
Accounting and Finance:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, such as maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable records, vendor payment processing, and ensure accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.
- Provide necessary financial and compliance documentation during audits.
- Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation, offer rollouts).
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
- Familiarity with payroll software, accounting tools, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and confidentiality skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
