Job Title: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Manage talents in partnership with the business through hiring, retention programs, employee sensing, and rewards.
  • C&B: Influence compensation and benefits strategy and policy, ensuring its implementation across the business.
  • Performance Appraisal: Conduct comprehensive performance appraisals, facilitating constructive communication and career development programs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data, generate reports, and maintain key HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaboration: Align HR strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring cohesive human capital management.
  • Career Development: Lead career discussions and High-Potential (HIPO) development programs.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize engaging events and meetings, enhancing team cohesion.
