We're seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a legacy company modernizing with cutting-edge technology.

As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and user account lifecycle. You will also administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications.

In addition, you will implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies. You will support networking systems, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations.

You will collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth. Your goal will be to ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity.

You will document IT processes (change management, incident response, disaster recovery) in line with ISO and ITIL frameworks.

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains
