Database Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of databases in a Windows/Linux environment. This includes ensuring database security, configuring replication, and performing backups and restores.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in PostgreSQL/MongoDB/SQL Server Database Administration and Maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with backup and restore procedures, user management, and securing the database environment.
  • Experience with configuring master/slave replication with failovers and recovery scenarios.
  • Familiarity with on-prem to cloud database migration.
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments (preferably AWS).
  • Ability to upgrade, patch, and maintain PostgreSQL/MongoDB/SQL Server databases.
  • Skills in performance tuning of SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MongoDB database environment.
