
Executive Japanese Culinary Leader

The Executive Japanese Culinary Leader will oversee the Japanese restaurant, banquets, and all Japanese cuisine in a hotel environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution of menus and events
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with suppliers and colleagues to drive menu planning and cost control
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Developing and implementing new recipes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Training staff on new cooking techniques to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff
- Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results
