Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Culinary Executive. The Culinary Executive will be responsible for soul cooking, ensuring high culinary standards, managing kitchen staff, developing new recipes, and handling food inventory. Additionally, the Culinary Executive will collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional dining experiences, maintain kitchen hygiene, and manage kitchen budgets. Western kitchen background is preferable

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills with experience in menu planning and recipe development
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing kitchen staff and operations
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage kitchen budgets and handle food inventory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is a plus
