Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering - Software & QA department, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases to identify system bottlenecks and assess responsiveness.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified issues.
  • Document test results and maintain accurate testing records.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web and performance testing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings clearly.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in web and performance testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
