Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team. As a Performance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our Oracle EBS modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of performance testing activities for Oracle EBS modules
  • Designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts and scenarios based on expected user load and business needs
  • Analyzing performance test results and identifying root causes of application, database, or infrastructure bottlenecks
  • Recommending and supporting performance tuning strategies with development and infrastructure teams
  • Creating and maintaining test plans, strategies, and documentation for all performance testing phases
  • Working independently, managing task priorities, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for performance analysis and optimization
Primary Skills (Must-Have)
  • Strong expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in Oracle EBS performance testing
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and performance characteristics
  • Proven experience with test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis
  • Skilled in identifying performance issues and proposing effective solutions across application, database, and infrastructure layers
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Familiarity with project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing, including at least 2 years focused on Oracle EBS
