Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our development team, overseeing the creation of high-performance web applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure seamless development process.
  • Lead and manage a technical team consisting of frontend, backend, and database developers.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability in all engineering tasks.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members.
  • Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers, helping them grow in their technical and professional capabilities.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, offering solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Monitor the progress of engineering tasks and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Drive the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and methodologies.
Key Qualifications:
  • 9-12 years of experience in software development.
  • BE/BTech/MCA/MTech educational qualification.
  • Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular JS, React JS, Database etc.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD methodologies.
  • Proficient in software architecture, design patterns, and principles (e.g., microservices, RESTful APIs, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
