Senior Test Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with expertise in automation frameworks and manual testing techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Developing and maintaining complex automated tests to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop effective testing strategies.
  • Providing expert-level guidance and mentorship to junior team members on testing best practices and methodologies.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform testing approaches and tool selection.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably with a focus on automation.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Significant experience with testing tools, including test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute to team efforts and participate in code reviews.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
