Manual Tester Position

We are seeking a qualified manual tester with expertise in Zuora systems to join our team.

This role involves performing manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules.
  • Validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports.
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams during UAT cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora.
  • Understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
