About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in managing employee exits, conducting structured interviews, gathering feedback, and providing insights to improve retention and workplace culture. It requires efficiency, effectiveness, and focus on employee data.

The specialist will be responsible for overseeing group mailboxes and SharePoint for incoming requests and updating the respective tools with employee responses while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring objective, unbiased discussions.

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of exit interview call handling are essential.
  • Strong communication and listening skills are mandatory.
  • Scheduling and conducting exit interviews with departing employees is key to success.
  • Efficient management of group mailboxes and SharePoint is crucial.
  • Liaising with ethics and compliance teams on ethics-related concerns is important.
  • Email writing and clarification to employees is an essential skill.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders on exceptional or new scenarios is necessary.
  • Preparing and publishing weekly and monthly reports of all transactions processed is vital.
  • Understanding SLA concepts and adherence to them is essential.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor while being a team player is required.
  • Experience in handling pilot transitions, knowledge transfer, and organizational skills is desirable.
