Dynamic Human Resource Leader

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR operations and ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering
    • Act as a strategic partner to key business functions—corporate and retail.
    • Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and grievance handling.
    • Own employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, inductions, confirmations to exits.
  • Payroll Management
    • Manage and process monthly payroll for corporate, retail, and third-party contractual employees.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors for accurate and timely disbursement.
    • Validate salary inputs: attendance, LOP, new joiners, exits, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
    • Handle payroll reconciliation and ensure zero discrepancies.
  • Compliance & Audits
    • Ensure adherence to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Minimum Wages compliance.
    • Liaise with vendors and consultants to ensure documentation and filings are up to date.
    • Conduct internal HR audits and documentation reviews.
    • Maintain HR records in line with compliance requirements.
  • HR Operations & MIS
    • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, payroll MIS, and compliance trackers.
    • Handle documentation for all employee categories including employment agreements and compliance declarations.
    • Support HR automation initiatives and process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with payroll software.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
