Job Overview

This role focuses on managing and enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include conducting structured connects with employees, leveraging analytics to generate actionable insights, and using data to inform objective decision-making.

As a strategic partner, this specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering engagement, creating transparent communication channels, and driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured 15:30:60-day and 1:1 connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Design, implement, and manage engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and execute the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, including manager recognition celebrations and initiatives that promote team connects and collaboration.
Performance Metrics
  • Successful implementation of 15:30:60-day and 1:1 connect programs.
  • Regularly updated engagement reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • High-quality surveys with data analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Tangible improvements in employee satisfaction and retention metrics.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
