Reservation Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage reservations for our leading short-term vacation rental company. This is a remote position based in India, requiring strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for customer service who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies according to established policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We value skills and experience over degrees. Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
Aptitudes:
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.

This is a night shift role based in India, supporting the US business.
