Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

Develop your expertise in instructional design, learning management, and employee development. Create training programs that foster a culture of excellence, drive operational efficiency, and enhance brand compliance.

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the knowledge and skills of our teams. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering core training programs for onboarding, brand standards, guest service, compliance, and operations.
  • Customizing training content to reflect our business needs and culture while maintaining brand alignment.
  • Implementing blended learning strategies including in-person, on-the-job, virtual, and e-learning formats.
  • Ensuring consistency in training quality across properties.
  • Conducting training needs assessments with hotel department heads and HR teams.
  • Monitoring performance data, guest feedback, and quality audit scores to identify training gaps and improvement areas.
  • Developing targeted learning solutions based on business objectives and performance outcomes.
  • Delivering leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and high-potential team members.
  • Coaching hotel leadership teams on training techniques, team engagement, and performance management.
  • Supporting succession planning by identifying internal talent and preparing them for future roles.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training requirements and compliance across properties.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, with multi-property exposure preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and instructional design is an asset.
