This is an exciting opportunity to join ClayWorks as a Business Growth Strategist. The role will enable you to work directly with the Founders and contribute to growing the business, launching key organizational initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization.

About the Role

This dynamic role doesn't come with a checklist of responsibilities; as a key team member, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders in some key business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the market and across industries.
    • Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Build and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators across departments.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Work in tandem with Department Heads to Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize operations.
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure operational performance.
  • Fundraising:
    • The founder's office is also involved in raising capital from investors. Your role includes identifying potential investors, pitching the company's vision and growth potential, and negotiating deal terms.
  • Investor and Stakeholder Relations:
    • The founder's office is the primary point of contact for investors and other stakeholders in the company and regularly updates the board on the company's progress.
    • You are responsible for addressing any concerns or issues that arise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • The founder's office is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic plan.
    • This involves setting goals, defining key performance indicators, conducting market research and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Service Deliverables:
    • The founder's office works closely with different vertical heads to ensure that the company's services and product deliverables meet the needs of its customers and exceed their expectations.
  • Special Projects:
    • The founders' office owns special projects and company-level initiatives that are not owned by any functional teams.
    Requirements:
    • MBA from Top Colleges with 3-5 years' experience in Consulting or Investment Banking experience; understanding of Financial Modeling is a plus.
    • High ownership, flexibility, and adaptability.
    • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Very strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to generate insights from research and data on a regular basis.
    • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with an outlook on getting things done.
    • Ability to multitask critical corporate plans.
    • Good data analytics skills. Proficient in MS Excel, MS PPT, and collaboration tools.
    • Work experience in fast-paced, early-stage startups (1-3 years) or founding experience will be a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
