Business Development Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in managing consulting and analytics engagements in the Healthcare Lifesciences sector.

You will be responsible for developing analytical solutions, prioritizing objectives, assigning tasks, and managing multiple teams to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and targeted financial results.

The ideal candidate will have strong domain understanding of payer, pharma, med tech, and provider industries with experience working in or with companies across the value chain.

  • Solutioning: You will build on analytics mandates across different functions/departments in healthcare and pharma organizations, delivering on analytical solutions in the HLS domain leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise.
  • Program Management: You will lead Fortune 500 client engagements and assignments to ensure successful and timely delivery of output with high quality and in accordance with clients' needs and expectations.
  • Analytics Sophistication: You will understand business problems and build analytical solution frameworks leveraging advanced analytics algorithms as well as visualization platforms as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple teams, performing performance appraisals, and developing career progression metrics.
  • Defining standard metrics and KPIs for clients and establishing processes to measure them.
  • Assisting global sales and consulting teams in pursuing ongoing leads/RFPs from solutioning standpoint.

Qualification Experience:

  • Displaying analytics delivery excellence and solutioning expertise to healthcare and life sciences clients with increasing span of influence over their careers.
  • Having minimum 20-25 years of work experience in developing and deploying sophisticated analytical solutions.
  • Having minimum 15 years in healthcare and life sciences (payers, providers, pharma, med tech) analytics.
