Offline Marketing Director

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic leader to spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts, increasing brand visibility, and driving student admissions.

This role is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, community events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offline Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events like open houses, school orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, workshops, fairs, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
    • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with admissions, creative/content teams, and digital marketing teams to align offline efforts with online campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics like footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
    • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
