As an Associate Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering student experience initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, student councils, vendors, and internal stakeholders to bring events, programs, and communities to life.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work on a diverse portfolio of student engagement and development projects, including but not limited to:

Clubs, Councils & Communities:

  • Coordinate operations for Student Clubs and support the Student Council in planning student-led initiatives.
  • Track activities, club impact metrics, and manage logistics for club events.

Learning, Mentorship & Career Enrichment:

  • Assist in organizing Masterclasses, Camps, and Mentorship Programs to enhance student skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate Industry Project logistics, student onboarding, and feedback to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage outreach and scheduling for Domestic & International Conferences to expand student opportunities.

Events & Campus Culture:

  • Plan and execute Mini Events to foster campus engagement and community spirit.
  • Support Cultural Events with cross-team collaboration to create memorable experiences.
  • Handle logistics and student coordination for Competitions & Hackathons to encourage innovation and teamwork.

Infrastructure & Operations:

  • Assist in managing Sports Infrastructure usage & student access systems to ensure smooth campus operations.
  • Support budget tracking and proposal evaluation to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: communication, management, education, or tech).

-1–2 years of experience in project coordination, event execution, student affairs, or community building.

-Prior involvement in college clubs, fests, or student leadership is a strong advantage.

-Comfort with digital tools: Google Workspace, Sheets, Slack, Notion and willingness to learn.

Bonus points for creativity—someone who can bring flair and fresh ideas to events and community culture.
