Optimize Customer Experience as an Operations Analyst

About the Role:
This role involves delivering top-notch customer experience by managing end-to-end processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely processing, generating and monitoring reports, reconciling accounts, creating AR SIMs daily and providing AR reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage open PR trackers, PR approval follow-ups, PO creations, etc.
- Process prefunding, CRTR approvals, CPGN SVC load advance loads.
- Generate daily CPGN reports, tax invoice processing, PPI, rewards SIM funding.
- Reconcile CPGN accounts and maintain accruals.
- Create AR SIMs daily and provide AR reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experience.
- Identify process improvements and work towards streamlining operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office products.
