
Territory Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving volume and value targets in their assigned territory, working closely with distributors and retailers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor individual sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare and communicate volume schemes to distributors and retailers.
- Ensure NSV achievement in the territory by selling profitable/high-end brands and maintaining the right brand mix.
- Maintain the overall distribution of brands by ensuring availability of relevant SKUs and variants.
- Manage new product launches in the region with WOD and DOD.
- Execute merchandising and promotional programs as per state marketing strategies.
- Timely communication of promotional schemes to retailers and ensure timely claim settlement.
- Proper usage of brand and promotional elements, ensuring visibility and displays at retail outlets.
- Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the outlet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.
