Senior Credit Management Professional

As a Senior Credit Management Professional, you will oversee the entire credit lifecycle of Auto Loans and Commercial Vehicle Loans. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our business grows sustainably while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of applicants and approving or denying loan requests.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to ensure timely decision-making and minimize potential losses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships across India to drive business growth and increase sales volumes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit management.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve customer queries and issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of experience in Auto Loans or Commercial Vehicle Loans or similar roles within the BFSI industry.
- CA/ICWAI qualification preferred; MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution also considered.
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles, policies, and regulations governing auto loans/commercial vehicle finance.
