We are looking for a dynamic and stylish Fashion Sales Assistant to join our retail team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect products and delivering a top-tier shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fashion products

Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, promotions, and new arrivals

Manage point-of-sale processes, including billing and returns

Replenish stock and keep the store clean and visually appealing

Support visual merchandising to maximize sales

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Meet individual and store sales targets

Key Skills & Qualifications:
12th pass / Graduate (Fashion or Retail studies preferred)

Previous experience in retail, especially fashion, is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for fashion and style

Ability to work under pressure and in a team

Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory handling

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
