Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to manage training and development objectives for designated branches or clusters. This involves ensuring optimal training coverage to achieve desired sales and product mix targets.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training calendar, taking into account the needs of the sales team and agreed-upon flavor of the month.
  • Ensure that training sessions are delivered in line with company standards and regulations, focusing on embedding the right selling behavior, sales ethics, and practices.
  • Closely collaborate with the sales teams of both Tata AIA and partners to formulate a training strategy tailored to their needs.
  • Deliver skill, behavioral, and sales-oriented training programs that meet the evolving demands of the market.
Role Requirements:

This position demands a high level of expertise in life insurance subject matter, product knowledge, and analytical skills to compare insurance products effectively.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
  • Life Insurance Sales Training experience is essential.
  • Strong exposure to financial planning and/or financial planning training, ideally with at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the performance of allocated trainers.
  • Imparting induction and follow-up trainings to Sales Managers managing Partner relationships as per the Training Road Map.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

The success of this role will be measured by:

  • Interacting/train/coaching PARTNER RM's & Insurance Specialists to help them achieve sales targets & desired product mix.
  • Visiting Partner branches regularly to identify training needs and plan accordingly.
  • Freezing, by month-end, in agreement with TALIC Partner Sales team & Partner Insurance Specialists, training calendar for the following months.
  • Visiting branches & conducting trainings as per calendar/need/flavor of the month.
