Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement training programs that enhance the skills, performance, and professional development of associates. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting workshops and classroom training sessions for associates based on their training needs. They will also assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs and materials for associates at all levels.
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  • Track training participation and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Masters / Post Graduate Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
