Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a pioneer in the healthcare industry, we serve over 5 million patients annually and operate an integrated network with a pan-India footprint of 38 hospitals across 19 cities.

The role holder will design and deliver behavioral and communication training programs to enhance patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities within the hospital.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
  • Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver behavioral and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network.
  • Establish training assessment metrics and conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
  • Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (Aviation and Hotels preferred)
