Full-Stack Software Engineer Trainer

We are seeking a skilled software developer with extensive experience in teaching and mentoring to deliver high-quality training sessions to our students. This role is perfect for someone who has worked extensively with modern enterprise tech stacks and now wants to train and guide the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

This is an on-site teaching role where you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions to our students. Your primary focus will be on teaching full-stack software engineering concepts, including front-end development, back-end development, databases, DevOps, and software engineering practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured classroom sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri format) on topics including front-end foundations (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript), back-end development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs), databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate), and DevOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms)
  • Guide students through in-class practical and real-world projects
  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices
  • Prepare learners for enterprise environments (scalable systems, security, maintainability)
  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years industry experience as a software developer / senior engineer
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
