We are seeking talented professionals to fill key roles within our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with ServiceNow GRC modules and contribute to strategic, operational and technical GRC initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

GRC Leadership / Management
  • Lead and manage the GRC team strategically and operationally.
  • Act as primary contact for central risk and compliance functions.
  • Define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness and manage the GRC roadmap.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management.
ServiceNow GRC Architecture / Consultancy
  • Provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture.
  • Oversee integrations, platform scalability and security.
  • Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams.
ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance).
  • Translate business requirements into workflows.
  • Support testing, training and go-live activities.
  • Align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR).
GRC / Risk Analysis Specialist
  • Maintain risk registers, control libraries and policy documentation.
  • Support audits, evidence collection and control testing.
  • Generate dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps).
  • Liaise with business units on control responsibilities.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
