Our team seeks an experienced Training Coordinator to join the Home Service department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring new phlebotomists are thoroughly prepared and confident before embarking on their field work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interviewing: Conduct thorough initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Training Assignment: Assign selected candidates to trainers for skill development, tailoring their journey to meet individual needs.
  • Onboarding Support: Provide ongoing guidance to new hires as they navigate the onboarding process, ensuring access to necessary resources and support.
  • First Slot Readiness: Monitor and assist new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their inaugural assigned slot, guaranteeing a seamless transition.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth handovers for new staff members.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations, preferably with experience in onboarding or people management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, essential for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, allowing for seamless interaction with various teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Predominantly based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
