Program Coordinator - Skill Development Job Overview

We are seeking two dynamic and committed professionals to support and strengthen our existing and upcoming skill development programs across Odisha. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in managing skill projects and a sound understanding of the local context in the state.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state.
