Program Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management professional to lead multiple high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will own the GTM strategy, enable scalable growth, and ensure smooth execution of programs.

About the Role:

The Assistant Manager- Program & Growth will be responsible for owning GTM strategy, enabling scalable growth, and ensuring smooth execution of programs. This role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on execution, and the ability to blend strategy with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement GTM plans for new and existing projects.
  • Define customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred).
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in website management and ensuring quality through checks/reviews.
  • Exposure to building GTM plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
