Senior Training Developer

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects in financial services and technology.
About the Role- You will conduct training needs assessments following conventional instructional design methodologies.
- You will interview business owners, business analysts, system developers, and other functional and technical personnel as part of the needs assessment.
- You will develop a solid understanding of FIS products to complete task analysis and determine training requirements.
- Determine and document appropriate instructional strategy and project scope based on a completed needs assessment.
- Develop high-quality training materials using course development tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, and RISE.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs.
- 4+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design models and learning theories.
- Experience in visual design and storyboarding.
- Ability to navigate Learning Management Systems.
