About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead luxury sales efforts in Mumbai's prime markets, as well as holiday home destinations like Goa and Lonavala. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the resale luxury market, strong connections with HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices, and a proven track record of handling complex transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of luxury properties, villas, and land parcels through strategic client relationships and negotiations.
  • Source and manage inventory in prime locations, ensuring access to exclusive off-market listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and create engaging content for luxury audiences.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a focus on the resale market. They must be well-versed in navigating complex transactions, possess excellent relationship management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives.

  • Desirable Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Andheri-South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions.
  • Established connections with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
  • Ability to create engaging marketing content for digital channels.
