We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Dot Net Application Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in .Net Core, C#, and SQL database management. Additionally, they should have excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and experience working with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, providing timely support to clients, and collaborating with design and development teams to resolve complex application issues.

Key qualifications include 15+ years of experience in the field, expertise in Excel and data analysis, and proficiency in Git source control.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Angular and experience in the capital markets domain.

  • Resolve Technical Issues: Provide timely and effective support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Incident Management: Thoroughly investigate and resolve technical issues, communicating status updates to stakeholders.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify underlying causes of technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Proactive Services: Monitor application alerts and provide proactive support to prevent downtime.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to resolve complex application issues.
