Associate - HNI & Individual Giving Fundraising

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our team and play a key role in securing significant donations from high net worth individuals and individual donors.

  • This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional to leverage their skills and expertise to drive growth and success in the field of philanthropy.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders, including trustees, leadership, and project teams, to deliver fundraising objectives and build strong relationships with donors.

About This Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing substantial donations from high net worth individuals and will be able to demonstrate exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute a robust fundraising plan that secures significant donations from high net worth individuals and individual donors.
  • To create an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal networks.
  • To establish and track target-based fundraising goals, reporting progress through donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics to management at regular intervals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum seven years of experience working with high net worth individuals/ ultra high net worth individuals in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing significant donations from high net worth individuals.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in Tamil and English.
  • Able to work independently and lead pitches and closures to senior management.
